These active and playful yoga classes encourage self-expression, building social skills, sensory and motor development. The children are able to connect with their body and mind through movement, stories, songs and play. We incorporate age-appropriate yoga poses, mindfulness activities, breathing and relaxation and visualization techniques.
These classes are led by an instructor where participants practice a series of physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques. The class aims to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall well-being, fostering a mind-body connection. Participants often experience relaxation and increased mindfulness by the end of the session.
Not ready for a group class? You can book a private session and get a more tailored experience to increase flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Can also grab a small group of friends and book a fun, healthy social event!
We also offer classes that cater to your job! We will come to your place of work to teach and get a healthy break from your work day aiming to lower stress and get a little movement in while you tackle your work day.
Don't have the time to meet in person or don't live in San Diego? No worries! We can book a session online and can offer you the same experience in the comfort of your own home.
